Sorry you have to deal with this but the world is full of insecure negative people.
You should use a uncrossing soap and then anoint yourself with a protection oil. I like the Dragonsblood Uncrossing bath. Get some Hyssop oil for protection

There's a bath spell in
Magical Herbal Baths of Santeria for getting rid of negative people who are making problems. The recipe is:
Romero (rosemary)
Espartillo (sweet flag)
Garlic
Florida Water
Holy Water
Boil the herbs in a gallon of water, strain, and add the Florida Water and holy water, then add this to your bath. You should take this same bath for 3 consecutive days.

Aside from that, formulas like Stop Gossip, Keep Away Evil, Master and Dragon's Blood will help in a case like this. Sprinkling some Peace Water around the office also might help the atmosphere. Additionally, there is a mix called Boss Fix -- it's obviously meant to be used on an ill-tempered boss but I think it might have applications around the workplace in general.

Most of those spells aren't a long process. You do need to do some work, magic isn't just wrinkling your nose and 'poof' there it is like on
Bewitched. If taking 3 minutes to sprinkle Peace Water in the corners of your office is too long a process for you then maybe magic isn't for you.
I would try a GO AWAY HOT FOOT CANDLE SPELL:
Black candle
get away or hot foot oil/powder
rusty nail
7 pins or needles
parchment paper
Inscribe the target's name on the candle with the nail and dress with oil. Insert the pins or needles at equal intervals through the candle and sprinkle the candle with powder.
On the paper write the target's name in red ink 7 times. Across their name write what you want them to do (move away,stay away, get a new job, etc.) Place the paper under the candle and light the candle. Burn the candle until the first needle falls, all the while concentrating on what you want to happen to this person and then extinguish the candle.
Take the needle and place in the paper in the shape of a cross or X. By the end of the ritual you should have 3 crosses in the paper with the middle one "doubled".
Repeat this every night using more oil/powder until the candle is burned down completely and all the pins have been used.
0n the last night, use its flickering light to burn the parchment needles and all. Place the ashes, a little more powder, and sprinkle in the front yard of the person you want to go away. You can also place the ashes in an area where you know the person will be crossing. You can also add oil and put on door knobs and such where you know the person will be touching.
