I've used Run Evil oil in the doorways and wash the floors with Dragon's Blood. I'm attempting to rent an apartment and wish a tenant of positive energy. Any suggestions?

I might use a lodestone to draw a good tenant. You dress it with some oil (Special #20 is okay for general purpose, or cinnamon is also a good one for most things) and set it on a paper describing what kind of person you want to have rent the place. Periodically you sprinkle the stone with magnetic sand and remind it what it's supposed to draw in for you.
