Tying the nature and increasing the nature are a bit different.
A pretty traditional old trick for tying it is to get a string cut to your lover's "measure" -- this would be length of penis on a man, or length of a woman's vulva. Get your lover's semen or vaginal fluids onto the string (you will have to be creative as to how) and then tie the string into 9 (or if it's not long enough, any odd number) knots. But, when you tie each knot, you must call out the person's name; and ideally, you get them to answer back to you each time as you fasten the knot.
What you do with the string varies from this point. Some people wear it around their waist, some keep it in a mojo sack, some put it around the base of a Santa Muerte statue -- any number of things can be done.
For increasing a person's nature, I would use Nature oil and/or ginseng, and have the person bathe in it (especially bathe the genitals.) But note that nature isn't the same as "passion" -- if your goal is to increase the passion and desire in a relationship, you'd want to use something else like Fire of Love.

would i need to put tha fire of love oil on the male genital candle / annoint myself? I wanted to know if the no one but me oil could be used so he does not sleep with anyone else followed by a domination oil...do as i say,domination ect..and i need to increase his nature as well.Would that differ from wat u stated above if so plesae explain.

Nature is like the actual (dis)ability to perform sexually, as opposed to just sexual desire alone. To increase someone's nature and tie it is kind of useless; one act would cancel out the other, as tying nature is decreasing nature.
As for your idea to mix No One But Me and Domination, that sounds like a fine combination. Applying them directly to the genitals might be one way to use them, in which case I'd incline to suggest they be diluted with another base oil instead of applied full-strength. There are obviously any number of ways to use any given oil.
I think I would incline, with the Fire of Love oil, to buy a couples candle and fix the two figures as him and I, then dress the candle with the oil, then burn it. No One But Me could be applied to the candle too.
